Proof-backed execution network terms
The rules for using Chirpul as a proof-backed execution network: creating project pages, forming teams, publishing execution proof, messaging collaborators, and connecting third-party accounts such as GitHub.
This page is a product-grounded operating draft for Chirpul and should receive jurisdiction-specific legal review before public launch.
Chirpul is a proof-backed execution network for builders who want real work to create more opportunity. Members can create project pages, follow projects, apply for open roles, share execution updates, message collaborators, join calls, connect GitHub, and use discovery tools that route people, teams, proof, validation, and distribution.
By creating an account or using Chirpul, you agree to these terms for the public website, authenticated product surfaces, APIs, integrations, and real-time collaboration features.
Chirpul is currently an early-stage product. Features, ranking, recommendations, messaging, project workflows, and integrations may change as the platform learns from real builder behavior.
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to keep Chirpul useful, secure, and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect ranking, permanent availability of any feature, or that every collaboration or project outcome will succeed.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login methods under your control. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account until you report unauthorized access.
You may sign in with email or supported OAuth providers. Linking a provider such as GitHub adds a login method to your existing Chirpul account and does not transfer ownership of that account.
You keep ownership of the content you create on Chirpul, including posts, project descriptions, updates, role applications, direct messages, uploaded media, and profile information.
You give Chirpul a limited license to host, store, process, adapt for display, moderate, index for search, and distribute that content inside the service so the product can work as intended.
Chirpul supports public and private projects, role applications, invite and request workflows, collaborative boards and docs, execution updates, and formation signals. Project owners and authorized teammates are responsible for how they configure access, moderation, and review inside their workspaces.
If a role or project requires an NDA, application answers, or other role-specific information, you agree that Chirpul may store and present that information to the relevant project operators so the workflow can function.
You may not use Chirpul to harm other members, abuse platform systems, or interfere with normal service operation. That includes spam, scams, harassment, credential abuse, malware distribution, privacy violations, and attempts to bypass rate limits, authorization controls, or moderation systems.
Some Chirpul features rely on third-party services such as GitHub, cloud media storage, email delivery, analytics, and call infrastructure. Your use of those linked services may also be governed by the provider's own terms and privacy notices.
If you connect GitHub or other external accounts, Chirpul only uses that connection for the platform features you authorize, such as repository proof, project linking, verification, or collaboration utilities.
Chirpul may investigate reports, restrict content, rate limit abuse, remove unsafe material, suspend accounts, or disable features when we believe doing so is necessary to protect members, projects, or platform integrity.
We may preserve evidence needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance even if related content is later hidden or removed from public view.
We work to keep Chirpul available and secure, but the service may change, be interrupted, or have features added, modified, or retired over time.
We are not promising uninterrupted access, permanent feature parity, or error-free operation, especially while the product and its collaboration tooling continue to evolve.
For product support, account issues, legal notices, privacy requests, or moderation concerns, contact support@chirpul.com. For privacy-specific requests, contact privacy@chirpul.com. For responsible security disclosure, contact security@chirpul.com.
If you are raising a grievance, include the account email or username, the relevant URL or object ID, a clear description of the issue, and any evidence that helps us investigate without exposing private information unnecessarily.
You can stop using Chirpul at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create material risk for other members, or use the platform in a way that threatens security, trust, or legal compliance.
After termination, certain operational records may remain for fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute handling, and system integrity.
